Memorial Day Services in Traill County 2022
This year, Traill County had the privilege of hosting 3 Memorial Day Ceremonies in Hillsboro, Mayville-Portland, and Hatton. We want to thank everyone for all your dedication and sacrifice to help us honor our beloved Veterans. Each year we will rotate and spotlight a different local Memorial Day Ceremony in Traill County. This year we will spotlight the Hatton Memorial Day Service. It was well attended with over 100 attendees present. The ceremony was hosted by the Hatton American Legion Carroll O. Flesche Post 70 at the Hatton Community Center. The ceremony was led by Commander Mike Littlefield and the Memorial Day Address was given by Pastor Mark Flaten. Lunch was served immediately following the ceremony and was free this year due to the generosity of the Hatton American Legion Carroll O Flesche Post 70.
